The brewing workshop (the original site of Zhou's ancient pot brewing techniques) built by Luzhou Kaile Minghao Liquor Co., Ltd. is located in Luxian Economic Development Zone, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, China. The total building area is 4914.84 square meters. The main body of the building consists of a wooden structure supported by tenons and mortises. Certified by the World Record Certification Agency, it is recognized as the world’s largest wooden brewing workshop.
