Angad Bhardwaj (India, b. 15 April 2010) was honored with the Silver Medal by the Indian General Bipin Rawat, the Chief of the Army Staff, for his services in the high altitude areas in the years of 2018 and 2019 at the Pullman Hotel, Delhi, India, setting the world record for youngest person ever honored by the Chief of the Army. The little champion is the role model of outstanding Courage, Bravery, Risk, Patriotism and a live example of Social Services in mountains under subzero temperature & extreme cold conditions. In minus temperature he served more than a month and provided lifesaving services like serving water, food, medicines, daily route tracking guidance from Kedarnath to Bhairav Temple (12,500 Feet) to the pilgrimage. He played an extraordinary role in connecting people under subzero temperature and extreme adverse weather conditions. He goes extra miles to serve the humanity.?
